Cornerstone Lodge Recovery Program: Four-Stage Progress Plan

At Cornerstone Lodge, recovery is more than getting sober — it’s a journey of faith, accountability, and renewal. Our program is built on a structured, one-year model divided into four 90-day stages, each designed to help residents build stability, develop purpose, and prepare for lasting independence.
Every 90 days, residents participate in a Quarterly Progress Review — a time to reflect on growth, set new goals, and celebrate milestones. Upon completing all four stages, residents are honored in a Graduation Ceremony, recognizing their commitment to living a life beyond recovery.
Stage 1: Foundation Phase (Days 1–90)
Focus: Stabilization, structure, and surrender
Goals:
-
Develop daily routines and personal accountability
-
Engage in spiritual growth and faith-based/ recovery activities
-
Create an individualized recovery and goal plan
-
Build trust within the Cornerstone community
-
Maintain sobriety and complete all program requirements
Quarterly Review 1:
